Black Spot

Ok so i know this isn't normal but my molly has Black spot! Does anyone know how to treat this?

I know its only usual in Marine aquariums but it can occur in Freshwater and my little molly is infested. I posted a thread a while ago on the freshwater forum but no one was able to help. Now that I know what it is can anyone suggest a cure from here??

Well, pretty much everything marine keepers don't like to use... copper, malactite green, formaldehyde, et cetera.
