Black Skirt Tetra Temperature

I've seen on a number of sites that this fish can be kept at temperatures of 20 degrees C (68 farenheit).

Is this true?

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Yeah, I was hoping that was a good sign. I've seen it down in several places, and from what I've been told on other forums, I'm probably going to give it a try, except not put them straight in cooler water, but acclimatise them gradually.
