Black Shark has attacked again

long story cut short - black shark egts mad - black shark attack Salmontail catfish, catfish has large amount of skin missing from head - still alive and swimming but seems to be in pain, is it ok to use salt? i have already done a 50% water change, anything else ishould do?

Salt is fine with salmon tail catfish as they come from freshwater and brackish water and even enter marine water on occasion. Add the salt at 2tbls per US gallon and use melafix at its standard dose.

Time for that black shark to find another home i think.
