Black Neon Tetra Help

Hello,
I recently have purchased 5x black neon tetras. When i bought them some looked like they had eggs within there back. I have included a picture but its not very clear. Is this normal? or is it possibly a disease

doesnt look very normal to me

parasitic/disease, certainly something not very nice. cant really help though, pics too small to see if its white spot and you generally have several spots with white spot. unsure, good luck with them.
