Black Kuhli Loaches

how big can black kuhli loaches get? a little smaller than kuhli loaches?

From what I was reading on fishbase, they are smaller, 3 inches (8 cm) to 4.7 (12cm) for "regular" Kuhlis. Not sure if those are accurate measurements or not though.

Hi,

I agree with teelie, 1 have 3 of each and i got them around the same time, the black ones are about an inch shorter than the stripy they are also slimmer and more energetic. They are much happier living in groups than alone.

5-6 or more is my opinion. They do better in groups.
