Black Ghost Knifefish

Hi everyone

I just purchased a black ghost knifefish the other day thats about 3" in length. I currently have it in a 30 gal but am picking up a 55 for it tomarrow. Anyway i cant find a lot of information on it and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of knifefish. Right now ive been feeding it frozen brine shrimp and bloodworms.

If anyone here can help me out I would really appreciate it

expect it to reach about 18" in length. if you haven't already set up the 55g, then see if you can't return it for an upgrade to a 75g (which is the minimum suitable tank size for an adult BGK)

And if you're worried about space, remember that the 75g is the same dimensions except for front-to-back.

Thank you for your help. And no, i havent put a down payment or anything on the 55, so i will definetly be getting a 75 instead.
