Hi

I have had a black ghost knifefish in my tank for about a year now and it's been healthy and growing over time. The other day I noticed what looked like white patches on it it's hard to describe but it's kind of shiny too. I went to my local fish shop to ask them but they weren't sure exactly what it could be. All my other fish are fine and he is swimming around normally and eating as usual. I also done a water test and all tested fine.

Any advice would be great :good:

Does it look like this, which is a granular cyst and harmless (though unsightly) if not, I can't help, sorry

Thanks for thev reply. It doesn't look like that it's not raised at all it actually looks like I could wipe it off not sure if it would come off though.
