Hi all,

I have just purchased a 309 gallon fish tank and was wondering what type of heater would be sufficient for the size. Thanks in advance.

in a tank that big i would not use one heater.....i would use 2 or maybe even 3

Assuming the tank will be located in room temperature, you would likely need 2 - 300w heaters. I would prolly go with the Finnex external controller with either the 500w or 800w titanium heater.
