Big Tank For Sale 6.5 X 2 X 2

in july i am having some work done to the house so my big tank is to be removed and replaced with a new shiney tank when the work is completed. so the tank im selling isnt for sale just yet but was wondering if anyone was interested in having it. its 6.5x2x2 and is just the tank with no stand or hood etc. ive had it running for a while now in my garage and its fine and doesnt leak etc. it comes with glass sliders/covers so i have had no reason to build a lid as these keep the heat in just fine and as it isnt seen by many people im not too fussed about its looks to a certain extent.

it will need collecting and will take at least 4 very strong people to lift/carry as i think its 12mm glass. i can help but 3 others at least will be needed im located in Leicestershire.

its currently housing my big cichlids and cant be taken until either the work is finished and the new tank is here or i can find suitable homes for my fish until the new tank is here.

im looking for £100 for the tank

no everything else will be going into the new tank.

just to add. the stand its on can go with the tank if needed.

its not a proper tank stand but it does the job. it was taken from a local schools science department when they had new ones fitted and made of very thick solid wood

it is however longer than the tank but is ideal if the tank is to go in a garage or even as a tempory fix

Thanks, I saw these but wasn't sure they were aquarium safe. Was 99.9% certain they would be though.

But you can confirm you've had em in for how long and no ill effect?
