Big pRoblem

OK i have been tryin to figure this out for weeks now but i cant. I need help. I have had at least 10 fish die in the past 3 weeks. About 6 died in the past 3 days.
Im changing the water weekly sometimes more than twice a week. Here are my test results today:

Ammonia 0 mg/L
Nitrite 0 mg/L
GH 110 mg/L = 6.16 dH
KH 80 mg/L
ph = 8.0

I have had 2 mollies died, 6 neon tetras, 1 bgk, 2 angel fish.
temp is at 77-81 usually. 33 gallon tank. i have some real plants. im thinkin it could be the filter. i have changed 2 of the filters so far, but not at the same time. i have an aquaclear 300. today a molly is looking weak and since this one is grey I have been noticing the symptoms for the 1st time. None of the other fish displayed any body signs except weakness and gasping, and swimming low near the sand. anyways here is the pic of the molly and u can see a large white are in the middle which appeared today. HELP PLEASE.

Also, forgot to say. The fins of the mollies usually shrink before it dies. If that helps.

How long has your tank been set up? Have you tested the nitrAte level?

Are the white spots on your Mollie fuzzy?

Check the pinned article(s) on fish diseases - I think they're either in the Beginner Forum or in the emergencies forum.

My tank has been setup for a month and 10 days now. I didnt check nitrate i dont have a tester for that, maybe i should get one, but could that be the problem killing all my fish for so long. im not sure wat u mean by fuzzy, but the spots are not exactly white, its just that the skin is a little puffed and glows under the light..do u know wat it could be?

Was the tank cycled before you added fish, or did you cycle with fish?

If the spots on the Molly are fuzzy, then it's probably fungus, or something similar to fungus. Do the white spots look like cotton wool/quilt batting? Do they look furry?

I cycled with fish, 4 of them. Im afraid i didnt do it right, but its too late now anyways. The spots on the molly look more furry than cotton like, its just that the skin is lighter than usual in the middle. its a little puffy too.
