I'd like some input on what I can use in my tank (list in sig) to clean algae without harming my plants. I currently have about approximately 20 individual plants in my tank. I figure whatever I use will have to get along with the BGK and flounder as well so I brought the question to you guys. Thanks for the input in advance.

Firstly im assuming you do know that the BGK will eat the rest of your fish when it gets large enough. As for cleaners you need something that a 20" fish cant eat :)

Yeah I know he most likely will.. (I'm hoping not the flounder though  ) But seriously, any suggestions for long term cleaners of that size that don't eat plants?

I'm no expert, but if my memory serves me right, I thought that flounders were brackish and eventually as adults, would do much better in marine conditions.

yes flounders arent purely freshwater, it needs a brackish medium. adults do tend to thrive in full marine environments. you could have bichirs with bgks. reedfishes are an option too

There are some freshwater flounders, but they're rare in the trade.
