Bichir Help!

right ive just moved my sengalus bichir (8") from its old tank to its new one, with its two new house mates 2 Tiger oscars (8-9")

It was all happy before scavaging on the bottom but for the past two days it just floats around on the surface of the water,

Not sure whats wrong as the water conditions are fine,

Its never acted like this before

Maybe it feels fear for the oscar's.....are the oscar's harrasing it at all?
when mine first went in i had loads of plastic plants floatin and it would hide in them....nows fine

just sat and watched it for a few minutes and it seems to me one oscar is going for it but then the other is scaring it off and leaving the bichir alone.

Ill get some plastic plants and pop them in for it as the caves ive made for him he hasnt found yet
