Bichers?

At my lfs recently I saw a fish marked Bichers, I was wondering how big to these grow and how do they perform? Any advice on keeping them? I'm not seriously consdiering it but they were a very cool looking fish

'Bichir' can be any fish in the Polypterus genus, so there's a lot of possibilites. I'd guess it would be P. senegalus, since that's the most common. Profile here http/www.fishforums.net/Senegal-bichir-t34889.html
