Well, normally if you get them at a lfs, then they are only about $4 or so.

If you buy from a breeder they can be 10x's that and more.

One of my local fish stores sells bettas for $2.50 but trust me, you don't want to but them from there. Another sells them for $2.99 which is that same price as Petsmart and Petco. And good ol' not so good Wallie World sells them for $3.50 which in my opinion is insane!! Hope that helped you out. :D

Never buy from waly world There bettas suck (up hear all of them are silverish with a tinge of purple on the fin tips ugh ) I would be willing to pay more for a good betta and you need to be willing to pay more if you wand a betta with an abnormal tail like a crown tail or doube tail or a half moon tail (this is the coolest one)

Opcn

I'm telling all of my Wal-Mart bettas that you said that opcn, they're going to form a little Army of Fighters and track you down

Shop near my work has loads and sells them for between £2.99 and £10.99 depending on their size/quality

Petland Discounts: $2.99 (even for the delta and halfmoon juveniles they didn't know they had)

PETCO: $3.49 (larger color selection of veiltails)

Win Tropical/Chinatown NYC: $6.00 for crowntails, deltas, and halfmoons (but they go real fast the day they are delivered!)

2.99 if mine breed theyre 1.00(pound) and are crown-tails theres 2 guys at wal*mart that put a betta in with the other fish did great
