bettas that live together

i read something on the internet a while beack. It said that there were osme bettas that can live together, like males and females in the same tank. and more then just the one male. do any of you know about these fish?

yes there are actually several species of bettas, not just betta splendens. I heard that they aren't aggressive like B. Splendens is. Pretty cool, eh?

yeah, that is cool. Id love to get some, but if theyre rare and expensive, I wont be able to lol.,

Even some betta splendens are able to live together, just really rare... I found that it depends on the aggresiveness of the strain also...
