I think you should retype and rephrase that question. Anyway, I'll answer what I can understand. As long as there is not too much water disturbance on the surface, it will be able to do it. Also note that bettas do not like current. Always have one spot for it to rest, away from the current. I doubt you could do this in a 1g tank, though. If there is too much disturbance on the surface of the water, then the bubble nest will be destroyed. The last question, i cant make sense of it, so please rephrase it. I'll do my best to answer any more questions you have.
