Betta's in Oz

I'm new here, I found this site through Google. I've been looking for something local - great stuff. I was reading a post about Purchasing Betta's from a breeder, but I don't see it here, can anybody guide me to it?

I'm from Australia to, and I'm afraid that finding bettas here won't be easy for you, breeders aren't that common.

i also come from Australia, every lfs i'v seen stocks many types of Bettas (Splendens) but if your looking for another type, you might have more luck searching in the north, where it's warmer, and more breeders operate
