I am conditioning two pairs on bettas for breeding, but I am having a hard time trying to get them to eat the frozen blood worms I am offering. I tried freeze dried blood worms too and they don't seem to like that either but they will pick at it a little. The only thing I can really get them to eat is their betta pellets. I change 90% of their water every other day.

Keep trying the frozen bloodworms, sometimes they take a while to get used to new foods. Also, you could try to find some live foods for them (I think worms work the best) - bettas usually find live foods too good to resist!

I used to feed my betta normal flakes like the rest of my stock but i tried bloodworms for the chichlids and my betta wasnt sure for a while but now he cant get enogh of the stuff, give it time and im sure he/she will love em. :)
