Bettas and Caves

Do bettas hide or live in little caves we give them?

Some do, some don't. Mine currently will not go anywhere near their clay pots, but I'm trying to build some more things to go in, so hopefully they will start hiding in things, if not I'm gonna be mad at them b/c I'm working so hard in making things.

Some do, and if they are shy like my dwarf gourami, they won't leave their spot unless they are being fed.

my 2 bettas dont like to hide .. cant say anything about my 3rd though.. just got him
