Hi guys.. Looong time since i've been here.
I've got a Betta in a bowl (maybe 3L? no filtration, I do a 50% water change ever week or so), and he's happy and alert, but he's got a lump under his 'chin'.. like perhaps a pellet of food got caught and is starting to rot? eew. Now it's got a little white 'head' on the bump. I'm not sure what to do, and I'm going away for a few days (I have a slow-dissolve feeding rock for him).. Anyone in the London Ontario area wanna babysit a sick betta boy over christmas?
I feed him Top Fin Betta Bits, maybe 5 or 6 every morning around the same time, and there have been no drastic changes in his environment that i can see.. sorry, don't have the technology to measure ph, nitrates and such...
