they dont seem to mind it flame has been in his for almost a year and he is happy so is stary..shes wacko its not the filter if i put her in a cup or salad bowl she still does that. iv had those kind of tanks for a while it is not as strong as it looks its the angle of my cam(not to mention my cam is very old.

UGF? Under gravel filter? I was wondering what those tubes were... Great videos, although Im not a fan of the audio, Im more of a hip hop/rap person. Might want to tone the music down just a little bit, had my speakers set on the lowest and they blasted when the music came up!

Cool videos. 3 of my boys have ugf's and they don't mind it at all. If they did I would just take them out, but they have caused me no problems. I think it is just like anything else. Some like it, some don't.

I think they cycle oxygenated water through the substrate so beneficial bacteria grow better
