Betta tankmates

Are there any large, tame fish that make good tankmates for bettas?

I herd guppys but NOT any kind of tetra

You cannot keep guppies with Bettas!! Anyone got any other ideas?

Cories and a Betta worked out for me, but he didn't like Platies or Tetras..

what do you mean by "tame"? and how large is large? cories or ottos are generlaly a good idea for betta tanks.

almost anything except GUPPIES, GORURAMIS, ans PARADISE FISH.

Just about anything thats not too large or too small...or colorful or reated to it!

Never say never ........ It isn't suggested to kep male guppies with male bettas for mistaken Identities do to colors but it CAN work out wouldn't try it ...... Anything that isn't a fin nipper ...... In my experiance my bettas are MUCH happier in their own 2.5 g. tank
