Tank size: 5.5 gallon
pH:n/a
ammonia:n/a
nitrite:n/a
nitrate:n/a
kH:n/a
gH:n/a
tank temp: 80 degrees F

Fish Symptoms: At the end of November I first started noticing some white spots around one of his gills and  the area behind his gill/pectoral fin is swollen. Those white spots look more like scales now, but the swollen area is still there. His gill is raised up a bit by it. I don't know if it's a tumor or scar tissue from ammonia damage from his time at the petstore or what. I'm hoping someone can help me identify if it's something to worry about.

does the tank have a filter?? if not you need to do a 100% change every week. not really sure about the enlargement though.. you could possibly call a vet.
