i've read that bettas can grow to be 7 cm... but i'm wondering if that is including all it's fins (or it's 'feathers' he he) or just the length of the belly?
It's including the fins. But I guess it's not a very reliable measuring method because a plakat would be measured as being smaller when it's just it's fins that are littler.
