Betta Roomates

I've got a male betta living alone in a 5.5 G tank. Any suggestions for tankmates? I've heard aquatic frogs are a good addition and I've even heard platy's are good company. Any suggestions or should the betta be left alone?

I think it would be ok with a betta, as long as u have a VERY tight fitting lid as they are known for escaping from the tinyest holes!

Yes they should be fine together. I had a betta mixed with aquatic frogs until some golden barbs decided to eat my bettas fins But the frogs are fine though.

And as stix said make sure you have a good lid as they are a bit of a Houdini
