Betta Question!

Hi Guys!

I joined this site Tuesday with no intention to buy a betta! Ive been looking at some pic's of yours and ive persuaded my girlfriend to let me get another tank! . Ive had these before but my query is what water do you put in to keep it healthy? water straight from the tap? RO water or something else?? By the way love some of the Betta's you guys keep!! Im only used to the LFS ones!..

Plus any advice on finding a quality Male would be most welcome!!

any water that's dechlorinated is fine.

there are a few online uk places you can get bettas
not much stock around at the moment though due to the cold weather

Thanks for the reply, i get 25lts of RO water a week for my nano i could use some of that but would i have to suppliment the water to add any minerals back into it?

i've never had RO water so I don't know much about it.
my bettas live in just dechlorinated tap water and they're all fine.

Hi Mantis. its good here..I have totally lost interested in my other forums.
I have got 2 bettas, why dont you put an advert on the buy and sell bit of this forum you never know your luck!
