Betta Problem!

A few days ago I posted about my betta...In fact it isn't doing better...I haven't really been able to care for my fish all weekend because of an emergency in the family. I checked my betta the other day and it doesn't look good. It's entire head looks messed up...dis-coloration...etc. Also my betta hasn't eaten in days. I have moved it to a small holding tank so that I can treat it better. I am using Splendid Betta - "Betta Fix Remedy". I do not know what my betta has but thought I would start with this fix. All it does is float at the top of the water. Any clues to what it might have and what I might be able to do to cure it.

This all started when I did big water change on my tank. And yes, I treated the water.

ditch the bettafix and go for some bettaMAX. bettafix doesnt do anyhting
try fasting for a few days and make sure tha tank is nce and warm.
