Betta Food

I'm just curious as to what everyone feeds their bettas to keep them healthy and happy.

I feed my little boogers just about anything they can fit in their little mouths. I do bloodworms, brine shrimp, flakes, flies, and probably a few others. I know they are really pretty but they are still fish so the fisheries biologist comes out of me sometimes....IF I were a fish...I sure would like that tasty cricket or that tasty fly.
