My fish Blueberry recently had to be put down, for all that know me on here, you have all helped a lot. It's not been easy. I'm coming up on 6 weeks after his passing and I sterilized the glass aquarium with bleach rinsed it more than ten times and dosed fritz complete more than a few times. The tank is now dried and emptied, along with a few pieces of equipment. I am now wondering.. now do I clean off the aquarium stand? Do I need to sanitize that? It's made from water-resistant "wood" guessing it's not real" but was purchased from a fish shop..
Questions, Do I need to sterilize it?
If so how so without damage, not sure if there would be any, but obvs over time tank water from his tank got all over it?
