Hello! Lately, my Betta fish has been on the bottom of his take for the last couple days. The only time he is away from the bottom of the tank is when he quickly swims to the top of the tank for air. From there after a second he would swim down to the bottom of the tank. I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I have a heater, filter, 10 gallon tank and live plants. The food I use is blood worms, Spectrum betta formula, and Repashy. He only nibbles on the food mostly. My Betta is only 2 years old. Need advice ASAP

What are your water parameters? is there too much nitrate

another thing is how often are you feeding the betta fish bloodworms, as this can block up causing constipation/ swim bladder which could be what your fish is suffering from

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

You need some floating plants like Water Sprite. This will give him somewhere to rest that is near the surface.

Post a short video of him swimming so we can check him out.
