You don't really need to but you can if you want to put amonia remover or you can do a 25% water change. B)

I wouldn't add any ammonia removing product unless you know ammonia is present(do a water test or pay a store to do it for $5) even still you can reduce ammonia and other toxic levels more naturally by doing water changes and adding cultured media from an already cycled tank. I like the more natural approach which is keeping no chemicals in the water as much as possible(besides dechlorinator ofcourse).
What are the other fish in that tank? If her fins were torn, is quite possible another fish was the cause and ammonia remover won't cure that.

ok...thanks guys...ummmmmmm
the other fish ? :|...
okie~

but my two other fish are fine and the one that dies used to chase one of them around (all females)...

hmmmmm....

i think it was because of sickness though...but if there was bacteria, do i change complete water?

Do a water test first. Do you have a test kit? You need to be concerned about ammonia and nitrites. If you have those, do partial water changes daily until they are both down to 0. How old is the tank? Is it new and cycling or has it been around for a while? Do you do regular water changes? If it was illness such as fin rot many are caused by bad water quality. What size is the tank and what other kinds of fish do you have in there? You will want to pinpoint the cause of death (if possible) before treating the tank with anything but water changes. Any meds and chemicals could do more harm than good if unnecessary or used inappropriately.
