Betta Breeder In Bad Accident

My breeder friend in Thailand, Watt, that I met through Aquabid was in a very bad accident. He sells on AquaBid under Grandbetta, Luckybetta, Duenbetta and a few other names. Anyway, I just spoke to his wife and she told me that he was in a very bad car accident. His uncle, who was also in the car, died immediately. Watt is still in the hospital. I'm sure some of you have had the pleasure of dealing with him and I just wanted to let everyone know so that you all can keep him and his family in your thoughts. Let's hope he'll be ok.

I haven't had dealings with Watt, but I have heard so much about him. He and his family are in my thoughts, and I hope he has a speedy recovery.

I know watt very well, he's the only one I deal with through aquabid. I've seen the picture of the car afterwards, and all I can say is wow. he's lucky to be alive. Watt is a good man who doesn't just breed his fish, but cares for them, thinks of them as his pets to a degree. I pray he makes a full recovery. Last I heard he's still in the hospital, but is expected to make a recovery. We're pulling for you Watt.

Oh, that's so sad. I just came over to the Betta forum to make a post about the fish I just bought from him and here this is.

He is a very pleasant gentleman to do business with and I hope he makes a full and rapid recovery. My thoughts will be with him.

Yeah, I saw the pictures too. I don't know how anyone survived that. I talked to Duen last night and she said that he should be out of the hospital by next week, but he's worried about his fish and his friends and customers. Poor guy. I hope he makes it home soon!
