betta biting his fins (update)

I don't know if you all remeber but I posted a topic about my betta shredding his fins and just an update the reason he was biting his tail was because he saw his reflection to much. I noticed it today when he was flaring more of his tail had disapppered and found out he was stressed from seeing his reflection to much. So from now on he'll only see it for 30 to 45 minutes a day.

Why let him see his reflection at all? I think that just stresses out the fish....

Because I like to see all his colors and I thought that they would like some action once in awhile.

maybe you should do it just once or twice a week? I think it stresses them out a bit...
