Fish Fanatic
Saw a ton of threads on posting progress photos of your fish, generally their change with colors and vibrancy, and I figured Honey is a fantastic example of that! Honey isn't a fancy betta, no flowy fins, the "wild" type of betta splendens. I got her on the rack of "less desirable" bettas next to the expensive bettas on display at my LFS. She was only 5 dollars, and was pretty stressed out. I named her Honey because she was so washed out when I got her, that the light brown of her sides reminded me of it. Now? The name makes no sense! XD She is so vibrant with her red and blue scales (you can only see the blue if she turns a certain way.. iridescent?) Anyways, I hope y'all enjoy this before and after!
