Betta Barracks?

Has anyone got a link to a site or got details on how to make a very simple betta barracks for say 10 fish?

If you're going to build bettas, you might as well go with more then ten. The cost of the system alone wouldn't be worth it for only ten fish.

We'll if its for only 10 fish I wouldn't build a barrack. I would just buy one or two 10 gallon tank and split it cause the barracks would cost more (for the container, pvc pipes, pump, sump, etc)
