Beta Fish Turning Color?

Its weird but I don't know what to do?

If you bought a young betta then it hadn't finished colouring up, betta's can change their fin colour whilst they are growing and then when they get older their colours fade sometimes.

There is nothing wrong as long as the tank conditions are stable and haven't change, something you haven't mentioned?

i wouldn't worry too much, my blue guy looks purple in certain light

My bettas belly scales turn blue when he turns at a certain angle, not a big thing.

I'd say unless he seems stressed (many fish change color when they're stressed, but it's usually darker, not another hue), he's fine. Blue to purple isn't a huge jump. Now, if it was blue to pink, that would be odd.
