Best Tube Light?

I'm looking for a 24" by 1.5" tube light. I was wondering whether there is a difference between certain makes? If so, could you please recommend any decent ones? I hear "sun glo" is good? I have an Arcadia 20W flourecent starter unit and an Arcadia reflector to go with it too. My tank is 30 inches long (20 gallon). I realise its going to be "under lighted" but thats just the way it is! Also i'm hoping the reflector will do a good job!
