Best Reverse Osmosis?

Hey,
I am starting to get more and more into fish tanks. Since i own one, my brother owns one and a few friends do to. I think it would be a wise investment for an RO. I was thinking on going Kent Marine. Its the kent marine RO/DI 4 Stage Maxxima Hi-S. Which removes silicate. Whats silicate? Is this a good reliable model?

You'll spend quadrouple on that compared to excellent AquaFX units sold on ebay. I got mine from waterworksenterprises.com when they were starting up for about $80. Not sure what htey are going for now. Call -- don't go by the net pricing.

due to the lack of time between my brother and i. Its hard for us to drive across town to get R.O. Water. I know the R.O. water we are using from the store is coming from a 5-stage Costco R.O. So i had to go and order the kent marine one(maxxima hi-s). I paid about 180 for her shipped with some kent marine r.o. chems. I will fill you in on how she works.

P.S. i plan to goto his apartment this weekend and take pics... keep your eyes posted for pics of the tank. (not as nica and crazy as all the reef tanks on here... but it's a neat little tank)
