Best Looking Flourescent Lighting

I'm looking for the best type of flourescent light for my tank. I know it's all a matter of opinion but could you describe the type of look each light emits ( or post a pic)

And what other types of lights are good. I heard something about high intensity lighting as well. Does anyone have any pictures of that.

PS I only have room for one flourescent bulb in my hood

I personally really like the bulbs that most places will call "Daylight" bulbs which are meant to recreate the sunlight. Their color temperature is perfect for growing plants also (6500k.) It makes the fish look really vibrant and colorful and seems to be more calming to them than the original florescent was.
