setting up my rio 240 and my 210 litre tanks
whats the best lights is it t5's or t8's - for quite heavilly planted tanks NO CO2

i believe t5's are more efficient, but thats as far as my knowledge extends

T5 are more efficient and penetrate the water deeper.
You also need less wattage of T8, compared to T5.

eg 30W T5 would be similar to 60W T8.

For the 240l, dont go above 70w T5 OR 100w T8

210l, dont go above 50w T5, OR 70w T8
