which vacume /syphon do you recommend , best quality and function?

They're all about the same I think - maybe try and get a brand you've heard of, and the bigger they are, the stronger the syphon. I started with a small one which worked ok then ended up buying the biggest one in the store which does a much better job, couldn't live without it tbh

One that's a plain, wide cylinder, attached to a piece of felexible tubing is the simplest and best IMO. You can even make your own by cutting the base off a drink bottle and getting the right size tube to fit the neck.
