Best Food For Plecos?

Looking for the best food, I was using Aquarian brand but its 28% protein and 3.5% fibre which is not good. From what ive read online my pleco needs less protein high fibre..Its a gibbi
The aquarian ones make my plec ill too?

I use JMC catfish pellets in my plecs diets as well as fresh veg, the odd pleco wafer (when I can get them big enough, my common is 20" and my gibby is 18"), bloodworm pellet, I find pellet better than frozen for plecs as they actually get it, plenty of wood for them to rasp on also.
