First off I would like to apologize I know there was a recent topic about red slime alage but I can't find it. Any way I I am in the process of rebuilding a 72 gallon reef and I am working on my cleanup crew. Right now I have 3 scarlets, 3 red legs, 2 blue leg hermits For Snails I have 6 Nassarius and two turbos, I also have 1 cleaner shrimp and 1 pepermint shrimp. Last but not least is my diamond watchmen goby. I know the formula 1 per gal so I know that I have a way to go. My question is recenty my tank is starting to develop some unwanted red slime alage. Trouble shooting the problem I recently put replaced the bulbs in my lights and my lights have been on a little too long. I know from the past that it is a pain to rid my tank of this unwanted guest. I am going to add some more numbers to my cleaning crew tommorow and I am wondering which ones are the best at helping my get rid of this pain. Thanks for your help

cleanup crew members that eat cyanobacteria for sure are tough to come by. I've had luck with Cerith snails, and I've read on here that others have had success with Trochus snails as well (never tried trochus myself). I've also had minimal luck with mexican red footed turbo snails
