hi all, im planning on getting a new betta, who will be having a nice new double hex tank (hes only going to have half of it, or he'll be lost!)
Ive only ever had a VT and wondered what the differences where ?
i wud like a betta who is healthy and active amongst other things, but i would like to know more abt the tail types, and what makes them all so special.
from the sites ive looked at (from the pinned threads) there are a few, but ive picked out the few i prefer (in terms of a fancy betta) and they are Delta, Half moon, and double tail.
Is there any differences in terms of how long they each live ? does 1 tail type last longer than the other ?
Im not planning on breeding them, so i wont need to worry abt wot he will end up having for babies, as im not experienced enough to even think about it.
Which tail type is the hardiest ? (if there is 1 type that are?)
ive spoken with my lfs and they sed they can get any type in really, as they have a gud supplier who gets everything. is there nething i sud ask abt their parents ? or is that just wen you breed them you usually need to know ?
Which type do you lot prefer ?
