im worse for salt needs to be mixed for 12 hours

I mix my salt water in a matter of minutes. I don't bother with a heater either I just leave it with a over rated pump to aerate the water for a hour and then add it to the tank slooooowwwwwwly!

I'm also getting really lazy with my tank in terms of maintenance and wc which is a bad thing to do when it involves nano's.

Only if you are well capable of practicing the rules you are bending.
