Livestock - I'm giving a Honduran Redpoint Cichlid (Amatitlania Siquia) away to someone who can care for it!
Age and condition: Currently an inch long (few months) but will easily grow to 4-5 inches at adulthood! Sex unknown at present (although possibly male, due to the length of the dorsal fin + lack of red on the belly).

Reason for Sale: Can't keep him; the fish he is homed with at present are being fin nipped =/

I don't wanna give him to the LFS, as I'm afraid its quite popular with beginners (and I don't want him dying due to maltreatment =/)

Not a problem. If you can could you bring a spare bag/elastic band? I don't think I have any left...... (blame the tight arsed LFS =P)

I'm quite new to cichlid keeping. I did have what the LFS called "Rainbow Cichlids" in a community tank a while back; only after taking them back (as they killed my original gold gourami) I discovered they were misnamed - turned out to be Blue Acaras for Gods sake lol.

Now I'm more careful - got these Honduran Redpoints off a good seller (so I dont think I have mislabelled Discus in there =P)
