Beginner Plant Question

Should you wash plants before you put them in your tank? If so what water should you use to wash them or should you use another product?

It's best to wash them, and pick off any snails. I just wash them under the Tap!

When I use to keep plants I washed them and inspected them for snails or anything else. Pretty much what kent said.
