Beautiful Puffer

I went to the zoo last week and took this photo of this foot-long puffer in their 2000 (uk) gallon estuary aquarium.

He's a beauty, but what species is he?

Cool puffer, mabye dog-faced? I don't know how big these get but that's what it looks like to me.

I know its a dog-faced. usually they are white though. Maybe a color mutation? I dunno. Deffinitly a dog-face
