So, I'm looking at buying a pair of these, had a listen to my friends and they're awesome. Looking at the Solo HD's, anyone got a pair? If so are they any good worth the money, etc?

I've always had a bad deal with Sony Products, the price is not THAT much of an issue really, I understand I'm paying for a brand but they do still sound pretty good. And I know they're a fashion statement too, that's kind of why I like them, I don't want some hefty Senheissers weighing my skinny little head down... lol

Having owned a few pairs of over-head headphones my favourites so far have been these, my current pair:

The bass is incredible, and not a bad price either, I had a set of X300's too for when I'm on the move, they're very good too.

Yeah no doubt they're nice headphones, but I've got to walk around London with these, they're a bit ugly.

Been looking around and found a lot of good reviews on "Audio-Technica ATH-M50's", might look at getting a pair of these.

go for a pair of mid range sens you wont beat the quality for the price
