Baryancistrus Sp. (l142) Info?

I got this catfish around 4 months ago... im not to sure what type it is? i think its (L142)
iv heard they can become agressive to bottom dwellers as they get older..? and how fast do they grow.. it seems to still be same size around 3-4"/! anyone own one? any info wud be great!!
